This morning I had a job interview at a local pub in town. (Jimmy's Pub in East Lansing) knowing that most of the people inside would be wearing a t-shirt and jeans, or the proper working attire, I didn't want to overdress. I was looking for something summery, yet still professional enough for an interview. This is the outfit I chose! A army green long skirt, with a slit up the side. The skirt is comfortable and breezy for a hot summer day like today, and shows just a little leg! The top, one of my favorites, is a Lacey crop top. I usually wear a nude bandeau underneath and let my skin show a little, but today I chose to wear a white cami underneath for a more professional look. I wore my hair down and straight so the interviewee could see my natural looks. Minimal accessories are better for a job interview, so I wore my casual diamond studs, and my nude Fossil watch. Along with some nude Madden Girl sandals. The outfit must have worked, because I was lucky enough to be hired on the spot! I officially have three jobs (waitress, nanny, and the golf course), and my free time is at an all time low. That's okay though, I love working :)
